- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Salt to taste
- First, put the green corn, the curd, the water and the cream in a blender.
- Take this mixture to a pan, add the chicken, salt and olives. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
- Then pour the mixture into a roast, cover with mozzarella cheese and potato straw on top.
- Bake at 230 degrees until bubbly. Remove and serve with white rice.
