Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts | 2 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese | 1 unit(s)
  • Corn | 1 unit(s)
  • Sour Cream | 1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the chicken breast to taste, shred and set aside. In the blender, beat the curd, the green corn and the cream of milk until the ingredients are well mixed. In a refractory, add the shredded chicken and then the mixture that was beaten in the blender. Mix well, cover with mozzarella cheese and bake. Serve with white rice and potato straw, it's delicious!
