- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Dede oil3 tablespoon
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander5 tablespoon
- Saute the chicken in the oil.
- Add salt, garlic, onion, pepper, paprika and let it cook.
- Beat the cassava in the blender with the cooking broth and add to the sauté.
- Stir and gradually add the coconut milk, palm oil, coriander, bring to a boil and adjust the salt.
- Turn off the heat and serve with white rice.
