  • Onion slices1 unit(s)
  • Chopped green pepper1 to taste
  • Salt, oregano and black pepper1 to taste
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  1. I started by seasoning the chicken fillets. With salt, pepper and oregano. I mixed it all up and set it aside.
  2. Now in a pan I put the oil and the fillet. I let it fry a little and then I was dripping water to make it darker.
  3. I cut the onion, pepper and tomato.
  4. I put everything in the pan and let it simmer for a while.
  5. After the onion and peppers have wilted and just turn it off and serve
