  • Chicken breast fillet500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  1. Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, rosemary, juice from half a lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Let the fillets handle the seasoning for 20 minutes out of the fridge. Then grill on both sides.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 of mustard and 1 of honey. Season with chimichurri.
  3. Pour the sauce over the still hot fillets.
  4. They are tasty and juicy.
