  • Lemon zest to taste to taste
  1. Start by seasoning the chicken to taste.
  2. Fry the chickens in a skillet with butter. Reserve.
  3. In the same skillet that you fried the chicken, add the cream, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Stir until smooth and create the consistency of cream.
  5. Once ready, pour the cream over the fillets and finish with the lemon zest on top.
