  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Eggs beaten with salt and zazon2 unit(s)
  • Wheat1/2 teaspoon
  • Ready-made tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Mozzarella150 unit(s)
  • Ham/ham150 unit(s)
  • Zazon1 to taste
  1. In a bowl season the chicken fillets with black pepper, oregano, salt and zazon.
  2. Let it rest for about 10 minutes to get the flavor of the seasoning.
  3. Then pass the fillets in the beaten and seasoned eggs.
  4. Then pass the wheat.
  5. Fry the breaded fillets in hot oil over medium heat until golden.
  6. Place on a plate with paper towels and set aside.
  7. In a small form spread a layer of tomato sauce.
  8. Then place the fillets. And add the rest of the tomato sauce.
  9. Place the hams/hams and the mozzarella on top.
  10. Take it to the preheated oven at 180° degrees and leave it for 15 minutes or until fixings and it's ready just delight yourself.
