2 packages of onion cream
2 tablespoons of rice flour
1 liter of skimmed milk
1 small glass of light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of margarine
Salt and grated nutmeg
Grated cheese for sprinkling

Dilute the onion mixture and the flour in the milk.
Add the mayonnaise and margarine and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Adjust salt and season with nutmeg to taste.
Fry the fillets in margarine until golden brown. Reserve
Mounting
In a greased refractory, accommodate the fillets and cover with the white sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven (200°C) for about 30 minutes or until browned. Prontoooo serve with a salad or even brown rice of your choice. I guarantee it will be delicious 😋
