  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • cream cheese200 g
  • grated cheese200 g
  • sour cream1 l
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • cups of milk1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste0 to taste
  1. Sauté the chicken fillet in the butter with onion, a little salt and the chicken broth, until it turns golden brown, set aside.
  2. Make a white sauce with butter, grated onion, milk and cornstarch, then add the cream and curd.
  3. Place the chicken in a refractory, throw the white sauce, spread the cheese and take it to au gratin.
  4. Then just serve with white rice and potato straw.
