  • Whole chicken fillet to taste
  • Wheat flour to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter or coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • soy sauce3 tablespoon
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Brown sugar or honey2 tablespoon
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Make shallow cuts in the fillet forming diamonds. Season with salt and pepper to taste on all sides.
  2. Heat the butter in the skillet, and place the fillet. Let brown on one side, then turn to brown evenly. Remove the fillet from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add more butter and brown the onion and garlic. Add the soy sauce, lemon and brown sugar.
  4. Stir well and return the fillet to the skillet. Lower the heat and let the sauce finish cooking. Finish with green smell.
