Modo de preparo
Em uma tigela grande, adicione os filés de frango , adicione o suco dos dois limões espremidos 

Preparation mode

Em seguida , adicione o sal , a pimenta do reino, o curry e misture

Then add salt, black pepper, curry and mix.

Por último adicione a mostarda e o cheiro verde e deixe marinando por 30 minutos.

Após marinar, numa frigideira adicione azeite e frite

After marinating, in a frying pan add oil and fry

Quando começar a dourar , desligue o fogo e retire os filés e estão prontos!
