  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Curry powder2 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
  • Cumin powder1 teaspoon
  • paprika powder1 teaspoon
  • Pickle Ginger2 dessert spoon
  • Vegetable broth1 cup
  • Yogurt200 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped coriander to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Bay Leaf2 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  1. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a pan with two tablespoons of oil. Slowly brown the chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion until golden. Scrape the bottom of the pan well to loosen all the bottom of the chicken that was stuck. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and add the garlic, let it brown slightly, Stir in the curry, cinnamon, paprika, cumin, bay leaf and ginger. Cook for one minute over medium heat, stir well and mix in the tomato sauce. Add the chicken and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and add coconut milk. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat to minimum and cook for about 10 minutes. Check the salt and pepper. Add the yogurt, stir well. Turn off the heat and place the chopped coriander on top. 😋😋
