- Olive oil to taste
- Butter to taste
- Carrot30 g
- Pepper30 g
- Bacon30 g
- Water1 ounce (oz)
- Sour cream50 g
- Mustard40 g
- Curry to taste
- Honey10 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Make a cut in the center like a pocket, being careful not to break it.
- Cut the vegetables into strips and the bacon into cubes, Cook the vegetables a little and the bacon brown in the frying pan.
- Stuff the chicken breast with the vegetables and bacon being careful not to tear the breast, close the breast with a toothpick and then season it
- Sear the breast in olive oil with a little butter, as soon as it turns golden brown, add water to half of the breast.
- Let it reduce a little, then add the mustard, honey and carry.
- Cook a little more and before serving, Add the cream. Correct salt and pepper.
