Chicken Breast1 unit(s)
Olive Oil/Butter to taste
Carrot20 g
Red Pepper20 g
Bacon30 g
Chicken Background = Chicken Broth to taste
Sour Cream50 g
Mustard40 g
Curry to taste
Honey10 g
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut the chicken fillet making a hole in the top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the bacon.
Stuff the chicken with the carrots and peppers cut into Julienne and the bacon. Close with toothpicks.
Sear the two sides of the chicken in the butter with olive oil.
Add the chicken bottom covering more than half of the chicken and let it reduce by half.
Add the mustard, honey, curry and let it cook a little longer.
Add the cream and mix.
Fix salt and pepper.
