  • Chicken breast steak8 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Pinch of cumin1 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Mozzarella slices8 unit(s)
  • Ready-made tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Ham slices8 unit(s)
  • White Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Oil for frying1 cup
  1. Season the chicken steaks with salt, paprika, oregano, garlic, cumin, vinegar.
  2. In a pan put the oil to heat.
  3. Put the breadcrumbs on the plate and pass the chicken steaks.
  4. Fry the steaks turning sides, (be careful not to burn).
  5. Place the steaks on a platter, chop the ham into large slices, place on top of the steaks, tomato sauce on top and finally the slices of cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
