  • Poultry broth50 ml
  • Sour cream70 ml
  • Mustard40 g
  • Curry to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Honey01 tablespoon
  1. Hold the chest in the thickest part, make a pocket, taking care not to break. Blanch the vegetables in an English style. Stuff the breast with the vegetables and bacon making a thicker cut with the flat knife without reaching the end. Salt and pepper.
