- Cook a kilo of coxinha from the wing with the seasonings of your choice.
For the breading mixture:
In a bowl, place the three eggs and five tablespoons of wheat flour. One American glass of water and mix very well. If desired, blend in a blender. Add salt to taste.
Drain the cooked chicken.
In a frying pan, add oil and let it heat up.
Pass one drumstick at a time in the dough and put it in the hot oil. Let it fry.
Chop the chives and garlic. Put it in a container. Squeeze the lemons and mix with the garlic and chives.
Pour over the fried drumsticks.
