  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour | 5 tablespoon
  • Garlic | 6 unit(s)
  • Chives | 1 unit(s)
  • Lemon | 2 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1 l


  1. Cook a kilo of coxinha from the wing with the seasonings of your choice. For the breading mixture: In a bowl, place the three eggs and five tablespoons of wheat flour. One American glass of water and mix very well. If desired, blend in a blender. Add salt to taste. Drain the cooked chicken. In a frying pan, add oil and let it heat up.
