- Chicken breast fillet500 g
- medium diced onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic (cloves)2 unit(s)
- Diced green pepper1 unit(s)
- Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Small carrots in strips01 unit(s)
- Shoyu Sauce1/4 cup
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Optional ginger to taste
- Salt to taste
- Optional Roasted Peanuts2 tablespoon
- Oil for sautéing to taste
- In a pan, sauté all the vegetables until they are soft, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the chicken until golden and dry, add the vegetables, ginger and salt.
- Mix the water and the Shoyu and dissolve the starch and add it to the pan stirring until it thickens and turn off the fire if you wish and at that moment you should add the roasted peanuts.
- Serve it hot
