Ingredients

  • Chicken breast | 500 g
  • Carrot | 2 unit(s)
  • Pepper | 2 unit(s)
  • Onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt | 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce | 1 cup
  • Corn starch | 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season the breast with garlic and salt and cut into small cubes.
  2. Cut the peppers, onions and carrots into strips or squares.
  3. Sauté the chicken when it's golden, throw the rest of the ingredients with the shoyu and wait for it to get color.
  4. Add the cornstarch diluted in half a glass of water and mix to give a slight thickening.
  5. Serve with white rice
