- Chicken400 g
- Roasted skinless peanuts50 g
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
- White onion1/2 unit(s)
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Water2 cup
- Traditional mild shoyu, hondashi, ajinomoto, and sesame oil to taste
- Cut the chicken, peppers and onion into cubes
- Place the skillet on medium heat add the butter, let it melt, add the chicken, let it fry until it gets a little golden.
- Remove the butter, add the peppers, onion and peanuts, mix for 1 minute
- Add traditional shoyu, hondashi and ajunomoto to taste, and the water and boil well
- Take the corn starch, dissolve it in 1/2 cup of water and add it gradually to thicken the broth, finish with sesame oil to taste.
- Tip to serve yourself with rice, or pasta.
