- Chicken fillet (4 fillets open)400 g
- 4 slices sliced ham80 g
- Cheese stick (4 sticks80 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fine herbs to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Sliced Bacon (4 slices)60 g
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and fine herbs.
- Place 1 slice of ham and 1 cheese stick over the chicken and roll it up.
- Wrap the bacon around the outside of the chicken and secure with toothpicks.
- Fry in a frying pan with hot oil, (can be done in Ayr fry) until golden
- Enjoy yourself
