Fresh ginger (sliced)

Make a paste with the dried shrimp, ginger, garlic, chestnuts and peanuts.
Tip: reserve some whole shrimp for caruru.
Fry the paste (mixed bottom) in the palm until it releases from the pan, add the okra cut into thin slices, and cook over medium heat until the okra are falling apart.
If necessary, add a little water.
Adjust the final flavor to your liking.
