- Green smell to taste
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Brine for every 1kg of chicken!
- Put everything in the blender and beat for 1 min.
- Put it on your chicken and leave it for at least 30min.
- Discard the liquid and make your chicken however you like. Juicy and yummy chicken!
