- Black pepper to taste

- Cornmeal1/2 cup
- breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise5 tablespoon
- Oil to taste
- Season the chicken with lemon juice, parsley, pepper, salt and mayonnaise, let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
- In a bowl, mix the lemon zest, cornmeal, breadcrumbs and ground pepper. Coat the chickens in this dry mixture.
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden, let drain and serve.
