Chicken fillet600 g
Salt, black pepper and oregano1 to taste
Breadcrumbs2 cup
Oil for frying1 to taste
Egg1 unit(s)
Colorau1 teaspoon

I started by seasoning the chicken fillets.
I added salt, pepper and oregano. I also added the paprika and mixed well to get the seasoning in the fillets.
Now on a plate, break the egg and stir with a fork. and book I put the breadcrumbs on another plate.
And I passed the fillet in the egg and then dipped in the breadcrumbs.
Now put the oil in a pan and let it heat up. I was frying the fillets letting them get very fried.
Then just drain on a paper towel and serve.
