- I started by seasoning the chicken fillets.
- I added salt, pepper and oregano. I also added the paprika and mixed well to get the seasoning in the fillets.
- Now on a plate, break the egg and stir with a fork. and book I put the breadcrumbs on another plate.
- And I passed the fillet in the egg and then dipped in the breadcrumbs.
- Now put the oil in a pan and let it heat up. I was frying the fillets letting them get very fried.
- Then just drain on a paper towel and serve.
