  • Oil500 ml

  3. Dip the chicken fillet in the egg and then in the flour.
  4. Put enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
  5. After the oil is very hot, place the fillets to fry, watching to turn and also not to burn.
  6. After fried, remove and place in a refractory covered with paper towel so that excess fat can drain.
  7. Ready... then just serve with sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, lemon.
