  • Minced chicken breast1 kg
  • Minced garlic and onion1 to taste
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Sazon, Black Pepper, and Oregano1 to taste
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  1. I started by cutting the chicken breast into very small cubes. And seasoned it with salt, black pepper and oregano. Mix well and set aside
  2. Now in a pan put the oil, the chopped garlic and the onion and let it fry.
  3. Once the onion is fried, add the chicken and mix well. And leave on the fire the chicken will jump water and cook in the water itself.
  4. When it starts to stick to the bottom, add 2 tablespoons of water and mix to release the color from the bottom of the pan and make the chicken brown.
  5. Then I added the chopped parsley and turned off the heat, stir well and then just serve.
