  • alcohol vinegar4 tablespoon
  • cornstarch4 tablespoon
  • ketchup4 tablespoon
  • shoyu2 tablespoon
  • sugar2 teaspoon
  • tomato sauce50 ml
  1. Sauce: In a pan, sauté the onion with oil until golden, then add the rest of the ingredients separately (white vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, tomato sauce and water) and mix well. Add two teaspoons of cornstarch if necessary to thicken the sauce and stir until the desired consistency is achieved. Then hit the blender to shred the onion well.
  2. Chicken: Fry the chicken thighs cut into pieces and seasoned with a little salt and black pepper in a pan with oil. Then put the fried chicken in the sweet and sour sauce and let it cook for a few minutes over low heat. Serve the sweet and sour chicken very hot.
