- Whole milk1 can(s)
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese1 cup
- Straw Potato2 cup
- In a blender, beat the green corn with the canned water and the milk (use the corn can as a measure for the milk),
- Bring to a boil in a pan, stirring constantly until thickened, season with salt and pepper to taste,
- Mix the shredded chicken and leave another 5 minutes in the fire to improve the flavor,
- Mount in the refractory: a layer of rice, one of the cream of chicken with corn, cover with the mozzarella and finish with the straw potato,
- Take it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and serve next.
