- Onion1/2 unit(s)

- Green Smell30 g
- Salt, Saffron and Olive Oil to taste
- In a work pan put a thread of olive oil and put the Bacon to gold, then put the pepperoni sausage and to gold too.
- When both are golden, you can add the onion cut into cubes and the garlic made to brown. Then put the garlic poró to braise. Add half a spoonful of saffron and mix.
- Add the already cooked beans and sauté. Mix a little and then put the rice also already cooked and mix all the ingredients, check the salt and if you need to put some more.
- Finally, in a frying pan or air fryer, place the diced curd cheese to brown. Add to the pan mixture and add the green smell, mix everything and serve.
