- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour1/4 cup
- Bacon strips300 g
- Chicken fillet500 g
- Salt to taste
- Paprika2 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Fry the bacon strips until they are crispy
- In the processor add the breadcrumbs, from wheat to paprika and the bacon well fried, process everything to turn into a bacon flour
- Season the chicken with salt, and dip it in the beaten egg, and then in the bacon flour that we processed
- Fry in a pan with a generous drizzle of olive oil, until golden on both sides, and it will be ready to serve as you wish.
