- Olive oil to taste
- Butter to taste
- Large Onion1 unit(s)
- Mushroom1 can(s)
- Sun-dried Tomato150 g
- Fresh or Pasteurized Milk Cream1 can(s)
- Spinach to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Cut the chicken breast into fillet
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, add the oil and wait until the pan is hot.
- Add the chicken fillets
- After 3 minutes, turn and add the butter.
- Remove the chicken and set aside
- In the same skillet, add the finely chopped onion.
- After 3 minutes, crush the garlic and add, peel and all.
- Add the mushroom and mix well.
- Then add the sun-dried tomato, stir well and remove the garlic rind that came loose in the pan.
- Add the cream
- Stir well and add the chicken fillets until they are submerged.
- When it starts to boil, line the entire surface with Spinach.
- When the spinach starts to wilt, wait a few more minutes and serve with white rice.
