Airfryer Chicken with Sweet Potatoes

- Chicken thighs and drumsticks500 g
- Sweet potato300 g
- Salt to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Rosemary and parsley to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and vinegar and left it marinating for 1 hour to make it very tasty.
- I cut the sweet potato into slices. Cooked for ten minutes with just water, drained the potato pieces and seasoned with a little salt, red pepper and olive oil.
- I put the seasoned chicken pieces inside the airfryer and roasted them for 15 minutes at 180°. I added the sweet potato pieces and baked for another 10 minutes. Removed from the airfryer and finished with chopped parsley to taste 😋
