- Wheat flour11/3 cup
- Margarine, cut into cubes4 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cold water5 tablespoon
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Large zucchini cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Milk1/3 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- In a container, mix 1 1/3 cup (tea) of flour and 3 tablespoons of margarine until it forms crumbs.
- Add the oil, water and salt. Mix until you form a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of margarine and brown the onion.
- Add the zucchini and season with salt, pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
- In a blender, beat the cottage cheese, eggs, 1 tablespoon (dessert) of wheat flour, milk and yeast.
- With the dough, line a 25 cm diameter quiche shape with a removable bottom.
- Distribute the zucchini, cover with the cream and bake in an oven, preheated to 200ºC, for 25 minutes or until golden.
