  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Eggplant flour2 tablespoon
  1. In a pan, cook the chayote
  2. Once cooked, mash the chayotes, add 2 tablespoons of eggplant flour and the two egg yolks. Season to taste.
  3. Add the pinch of baking powder and stir gently and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the two whites with an egg beater or an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add the egg whites to the dough mixture. Stir gently and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  6. serve while still hot
  7. If you want more flavor, add cheese to the dough!
