  • Oat flakes11 tablespoon
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Broccoli1/2 unit(s)
  • Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
  • Cauliflower1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive40 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Yeast1/2 coffee spoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 teaspoon
  1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Grate the carrot and zucchini.
  2. With a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sauté the vegetables in a frying pan. Season to taste.
  3. Then beat the eggs well and mix with the oatmeal. Shake well. Don't forget to put a pinch of salt in the dough.
  4. Throw in the vegetables and olives and mix.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Remember to check the power of your oven.
