  • Mixed Low Carb sautéed vegetables with 3 tablespoons of butter2.1/2 cup
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, oregano, salt, mozzarella, yogurt and flour.
  2. Then add the yeast and mix quickly until incorporated.
  3. Place the obtained mass in a bowl, adding the sautéed vegetables and stirring lightly with a spoon.
  4. Line a medium sized mold or aluminum foil greased with butter with butter and place the dough.
  5. For about 35 minutes, bake in the oven at 200 degrees or until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for 10 minutes and your veg pie is ready!
