  • Unleavened Wheat Flour | 2 cup
  • Whole eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Chocolate | 1 cup
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk | 1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
  • Margarine without salt | 1 tablespoon


  1. Beat the whole eggs with sugar after it forms a foam you add the oil and milk and stir. Add the sifted flour little by little and mix.
  2. Finally add the chemical baking powder just mix. Divide the cake into two parts and put half of the chocolate in one of the parts.
  3. Grease a mold 18 with a hole in the middle and put the halves together at the same time to form the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. After the cake is baked, wait for it to cool and make a frosting with the margarine, the remaining chocolate, cream and condensed milk. Stir over low heat until it starts to thicken and cover your cake as you prefer.
