  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Oat flour2 tablespoon
  • Skimmed milk4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Edu Guedes and oregano to taste
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Tuna in oil1/2 can(s)
  • Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
  • Coriander to taste
  1. Prepare a paste with tuna, ricotta and cilantro. Reserve
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs (remove the film)
  3. Add the other ingredients, except the yeast.
  4. After obtaining a homogeneous mass, add the yeast.
  5. Grease a 210ml ramekin with olive oil and pour half of the dough
  6. Put the reserved stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough, put oregano.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
