- Beat the eggs like an omelet, add the oats and flour, adjust the salt and yeast.
- Sauté the onion, tomato, add the tuna, the potato pre-cooked and cut into cubes, adjust the salt and add the green smell.
- On a greased and floured platter, place the dough and the filling in between.
- Bake in medium oven until golden. Serve with rice or salad.
