  • Egg3 g
  • Milk 2 cups200 ml
  • cup oil1/2 ml
  • Tuna2 can(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 to taste
  • Mozzarella1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Butter1 coffee spoon
  1. First you will make the stuffing, in a pan you will sauté the tuna together with the chopped onion and olive oil, then add tomato sauce and if necessary a little water and seasonings to taste (reserve this sauce because it needs to be cold at the time to put in the dough).
  2. After the sauce is ready and reserved, you will hit the blender (eggs, milk, wheat flour, salt and oil for 2 minutes and then add the yeast and hit again for 1 minute
  3. Grease a mold with butter and flour
  4. Now turn on the oven 180° In the greased pan you will pour half of this dough then the whole tuna sauce and sprinkle the grated mozzarella over this sauce and then the rest of the dough and to finish sprinkle oregano. Then put it in the oven and wait until golden to take it out of the oven.
