  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Raw medium carrots2 unit(s)
  • Refined sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • eggs4 unit(s)
  • soybean oil1 cup
  • chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
  • sodium bicarbonate1 to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, except the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Beat until the carrot is crushed and set aside, do not leave the blender on too much otherwise the cream will be very watery because the more you beat the more the carrot becomes liquid.
  2. Beaten mixture, in another bowl sift the flour and add the yeast to it. After that, slowly pour the contents of the blender, stirring gently (do not use a mixer)
  3. Ready mix, put the final touch, a pinch of baking soda. Then just bake in a preheated oven q 200° until golden. The topping is optional, this one is soft brigadeiro... It was so cute and delicious 😋
