- Recipe
- Chicken eggs4 unit(s)
- Cow's milk1 cup
- margarine6 tablespoon
- refined sugar3 cup
- wheat flour4 cup
- chemical yeast powder2 dessert spoon
- Ripe bananas7 unit(s)
- Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional)1 to taste
- Farofa-Refined Sugar6 tablespoon
- Farofa - Wheat Flour6 tablespoon
- Farofa- Margarine4 tablespoon
- cinnamon - optional1 to taste
- Mix the eggs with the margarine in the mixer first, then add the sugar and mix until it becomes a cream, then add the milk and wheat gradually, if you prefer you can sieve the flour, but not always a sieve and it works. Finally add the yeast and just mix without overbeating.
- Crumbs: Mix everything in a bowl, until it looks like farofa, I use a spoon initially then I use my hands. Tip if you think it got too "sticky" (because of the type of margarine) add another spoon of sugar and wheat. OPTIONAL: I add cinnamon to taste in the farofa for an extra flavor.
- Mounting: Medium form greased with margarine and wheat. Pasta in the background; Bananas (I use cockatiel, nanica) on top of the dough (the amount will depend on the size of the banana) Chocolate chips (optional) Crumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180/200 degrees until golden.
