- Butter | 250 g
- Gems | 4 l
- Refined sugar | 8 tablespoon
- Wheat flour | 1/2 kg
- FILLING:Marmalade or guava Condensed milk | . l
- Add the dough ingredients and knead well.
- Line quindim molds.
- Chop the marmalade (or guava paste) and place it inside the mold lined with the dough.
- Cover the mold with condensed milk until the middle of the mold.
- Bake until golden.
