- Wheat flour200 g
- Coconut oil100 g
- Cold water90 g
- Coconut Sugar50 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Demerara sugar100 g
- Apple1 kg
- Whisk together the flour, half of the coconut oil, coconut sugar and salt in a food processor.
- Transfer to a bowl and add water until dough forms.
- Wrap the dough and let it rest in the fridge.
- In a form or pan that can go in the oven, add the demerara sugar and the rest of the coconut oil.
- Cut the apples into 4 pieces, removing the skin and seeds.
- Place the apples in the shape and take it to the fire, leave it there until the sugar caramelizes.
- Watch well not to burn, as the apples will be on top, the ideal is to see the point using a teaspoon.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is the size of the shape used, cover the shape with this dough leaving no space or open corner.
- Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
