  • Margarine5 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk1 can(s)
  • Shredded Coconut4 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Dulce de leche1 to taste
  1. In a mixer, beat the butter and eggs well.
  2. Then add the sugar, coconut milk and salt.
  3. Then add the wheat flour and the granulated tapioca flour mix well.
  4. Add the coconut and yeast and stir
  5. In the greased and infarinhada form, pour it into the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Unmold and cover with dulce de leche and grated coconut.
