- cornmeal2 cup
- wheat2 cup
- warm milk2 cup
- yeast2 tablespoon
- guava0 to taste
- Sour cream (or milk)1/2 cup
- Place all ingredients, except yeast, in a blender and blend well.
- Then add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon.
- Grease a mold with butter and wheat
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Melt the guava on low heat or bain-marie, and after melted, mix it with the cream or milk.
- Remove the cake and let it cool, then throw in the guava.
