Dough - Maria cookie pack1 unit(s)
Pasta - unsalted melted butter3 tablespoon
Filling - condensed milk1 can(s)
Stuffing - sour cream1 can(s)
Stuffing - lemon juice3 unit(s)
Topping - egg white3 unit(s)
Topping - sugar6 tablespoon

Crush the cookies and add the melted butter. Forre a shape and take it to the oven 180ºC for approximately 7 minutes. Reserve.
In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice (I beat for about 8 minutes) and cover the dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Beat the egg whites, and add the sugar. Cover the pie and bake in the hot oven until golden brown. (I used the grill at 210°C for about 8 minutes) just freeze again
