Chicken breast500 g
Sour cream200 g
Cream cheese200 g
Corn1 can(s)
Mozzarella cheese200 g
Straw Potato to taste

Cook the chicken breast, shred and season to taste
In the blender, place the cream of milk, the curd and the corn and beat very well.
Pour this mixture along with the already seasoned chicken and bring to the fire until it thickens.
In a refractory add half the chicken, cover with cheese, add the rest of the chicken and cover again with the rest of the cheese
Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and browns.
Garnish with potato straw (optional). It is wonderful with white rice.
